Social Studies- We are in the middle of our Middle Ages Unit. Students have chosen their topics and begun to research in class. More research needs to happen at home. They have broken their project into four parts: a research paper, a formal speech, a 3D visual to go with their speech, and a project of their choice. All of these things will require time spent on them at home. Specific requirements for each one of these assignments have been given to each student. Extra copies were made so students could take one home.

In class, we are reading Crispin, a historical fiction novel that is helping us learn about many aspects of life in the Middle Ages. Students are also learning European geography.

Due Dates:
Paper and Works Cited due Thursday, December 2nd
Speech with a 3D visual due Monday, December 6th
Choice assignment due Monday, December 13th
